Registration

The maximum planned amounts (as estimated today) are:

• Funds necessary to run with the preparation of the meeting were already evaluated and agreed with our common main partners, namely, Turismo de Portugal, NOS, MEO, Delta, Brisa, Jerónimo Martins, EDP, Casa do Douro, and so on;

• The support to be provided will essentially be aimed at increasing the number of students to be funded and decrease, as much as possible, the registration fees;

• We expect to support approximately 30-40 students with free registration;

• Presently we are considering a fund that can support up to 20 delegates (500 € each grant). Any surplus amount will be used to increase this fund.

• Students and young scientists who request a free registration and have to wait for a decision, they will be asked to pay the student early bird registration price in case the LOC response is not given positively in a timely manner. 

• Transports – 3.0 €
  (We are in contact with the municipality to obtain a support for a week-ticket public transportation)

• Food – regular meal between 8 and 20 €
